Ian - Patient Care Coordinator

Ian is an experienced healthcare professional with a strong background in both medical operations and customer service. Ian completed his Bachelor of Science in Medical Laboratory Sciences in the Philippines and a Diploma in Operations Management at the British Columbia Institute of Technology. Previously a Laboratory Technician and a startup business Manager, Ian looks to bridge both skills in providing excellent patient care through improved business processes.

 

Ian excels in streamlining operations and enhancing patient experiences, leveraging his expertise in project management and data analysis. His multilingual abilities in English, French, and Tagalog allow him to connect with a diverse patient population. Outside of work, Ian is passionate about coffee, from the roasting process to brewing, always looking to make someone’s day with a cup of coffee.
